Profile: Ademola provides routine regulatory advice and general legal advisory services to local and multinational institutions on various matters including large real estate transactions, a range of investment options, market entry and transaction structuring. He has advised both borrowers and lenders in a variety of financial transactions including project finance, infrastructure finance and various forms of structured finance. Acted as lead counsel to Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. (FMN) with regards to its rights issue by way of shelf registration (the first of such procedures in Nigeria) for the purpose of raising N40Billion. Ademola has considerable experience in raising capital for e-commerce start-ups and is experienced in the field of dispute resolution;

Transactions: Advised on the Concession Agreement between the Lagos State Government and an indigenous property development Company in respect of the redevelopment of an ultra modern shopping complex; provided legal advisory services in respect of a joint venture partnership between a State investment entity and an indigenous property development company; provided advisory services and prepared transactional documents in respect of the development of a large residential estate comprising of forty-six (46) terrace homes on approximately 1.7 Hectares in the Eti-Osa Local Government Area, Lagos:
