Profile: Ayodele, one of our founding partners heads our dispute resolution practice. He specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, and in particular, land and intellectual property related disputes. He appears as counsel in numerous arbitration proceedings and at all levels of superior courts in Nigeria.

Transactions: Advised a private estate development company on the recovery of property measuring approximately 12 hectares, adjacent to the Co-Operative Villa, Badore-Ajah, within the Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State from illegal occupiers who had encroached on the land and liaised with the Lagos State Government in respect of the development of a residential estate upon the said property. Co counsel on the team involved in a multinational’s company’s merger and acquisition in Lagos. Advised on the development of an ultra modern shopping complex known as The Shoppes on Market Road Oniru, within the Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State and preparing the transaction documents including the Heads of Agreement between the Landowner and the Developer, Property Development Agreement, template Purchase Agreement, Deed of Sublease, Side Agreement and Escrow Agreement.
